Paiste 14" PSTX Swiss Hi Hat Cymbals are crunchy, a little rough around the edges, and can be quite noisy if you open them up. They also respond with a lot of power at low volumes. These cymbals are excellent for electronic music or as a secondary hi hat.
The 14" models are significantly deeper in pitch than the 10" model, making them more effective for a wider range of styles.
