The Big Fat Snare Drum 14" Green Monster Dampener transformers any snare drum by lowering the fundamental pitch of the drum while producing a sharp snare sound. This dampener is made from a blend of plastic and rubber and has enough weight that it never has to be taped down!
The Green Monster Dampener has a coated top so it can be played with drum sticks but is also incredibly responsive to brushes like any other coated head. The thumb cut out lets you quickly remove the dampener to change sounds, so it is like carrying a second drum to any gig.
