IP Christopher Lamb Orchestral CL-X4 Xylophone Mallets are fitted with 1" top-weighted synthetic cores that create a medium-hard tone and feel like they're actually bouncing off of the bars.
These mallets are very versatile, and could be very effective for a large ensemble part that requires fast, articulate licks to be heard without too much bite.
All mallets in this series have flexible rattan shafts that do not transfer any 'tick' to the sound of the bar.
