The Tama StarLight Marching Bass Drum Carrier is simple, comfortable, and lightweight. The body of this carrier is crafted from strong aluminum that has been fitted with thick foam padding on the shoulders and torso plate to help keep drummers comfortable.
The length of the torso can be adjusted with a drum key, and the horizontal angle of the shoulders can be modified as long as you have a wrench. This allows players of many different sizes to play with the drum at the correct height in a comfortable position.
Two-way support bars on the torso plate provide a platform for the bottom of the bass drum. They work no matter how big the drum is - for larger drums, the bars can be positioned with the rubber feet on the bottom.
This carrier is fitted with Safety Lock Mounts that are a serious step up from old hook-and-eyelet technology. With these mounts you can attach the drum to the carrier and lock it in place with absolutely zero room for jiggling. It's silent, rock-solid, and won't let the drum fall out.
