The Pro-Mark System Blue Diversity Series Marimba mallets were designed by the Blue Devils percussion staff to create a highly diverse series that can be used for both indoor and outdoor uses, on synthetic and rosewood bars.
The DV3 Medium Hard marimba mallets feature latex wrapped rubber cores with a medium hard nylon/wool blend that creates full tone on synthetic and wooden bars, and unfinished birch shafts for extra grip without additional weight. The DV3 is designed for the middle to upper range of the instrument, with lots of attack and increased articulation compared to other models.
