The DW 5000 Series Delta III Turbo Double Bass Pedal is loaded with features made for hard-hitting drummers. This double pedal has Turbo concentric drive systems that have a direct relationship between the footboard and the sprocket - which gives you strong, solid feel and response.
The Tri-Pivot toe clamp locks onto your bass drum firmly with three 360-degree, rotating rubber pads from the top and the bottom. It will feel like your pedal and kick drum are one singular unit. There's also a textured rubber grip pad on the baseplate.
This pedal is fitted with a Dual Bearing Spring Rocker which is smoother than most, as well as the Delta Ball-Bearing Hinge which is made of lightweight aluminum that uses ball bearings on both sides.
DW makes their double pedals with Single Post Casting that allows you to put the slave pedal so close to your hi hat pedal that you can play them both at the same time.
