If you have the DW Complete Adjustable Cymbal Seat Pack, you don't need cymbal sleeves any longer - plus you don't have to worry about losing all of those small-but-necessary parts.
The adjustable cast cymbal seat threads onto the top of any 8mm cymbal stand (like the DW 9000, 7000, or 6000 series), locking into place with a drum key screw.
When your cymbal is on the stand, keep it in place with the 8mm contoured wing nut. Integrated felts and sleeves are attached to both the seat and the wingnut, so they can't be lost.
