The Remo 4" Sound Control Clear Dot Patch (2-Pack) is an adhesive sound dot designed to be applied to heads that have already been put on drums. It can help control overtones while lowering and enhancing focus on the low overtones of a drum head, creating a warmer, more mellow sound with a clearer bass tone.
