The Classic Bass Drum Pedal is a vintage-style pedal that features a lightweight, low-profile design and takes out a lot of the barriers between the player and the drum. A smooth, lightweight footboard was carefully crafted and balanced to work for any style of drumming.
A simple square head/drum key bolt can be adjusted to raise or lower the height of the pedal, and easy access spring adjustment means that spring tension can be adjusted while sitting on the drum throne because the adjustment is located on the top of the pedal.
This means you can check the tension of the pedal while you're simultaneously adjusting it, making adjustment more immediate and more natural. The screw for the hoop grip clamp is on the outside of the pedal in a location that is easy to access, which makes it a breeze to set and remove.
You can also independently adjust the footboard angle and the beater angle, which makes for even more flexibility. All in all, this pedal takes simple design to its max, with extreme customization that is easy to access and simple to tune.
