This Remo 10" Nuskyn Conga Head is made to fit the smallest Tycoon congas, as well as the smallest drum in the Remo Valencia series.
Nuskyn is very similar to animal skin in a lot of ways - full-bodied with more pronounced low-to-midrange frequencies, and an absence of high overtones.
The tucked collar on this head mimics the old-fashioned method of creating a sturdy flesh hoop, without gluing into an aluminum ring like most drum heads.
