The Roc-n-Soc Nitro Extended Throne features a hydraulic height adjustment system, moving up and down from 24" to 30" tall with a pull of the trigger thanks to a built-in nitrogen gas shock absorber. The absorber gives the seat a little bounce - a little extra bonus comfort.
Taller than a standard drum set throne, this seat is handy for really tall drummers, percussionists who play tall instruments (congas, timpani), or other instrumentalists like bassists and cellists who require additional height while they play.
The back rest is comfortably padded for those times during rehearsal when you're playing percussion's most common instrument: tacet.
