The Meinl 10" Poplar Wood Shaker Pandeiro is a pandeiro with shakers instead of jingles, with a tunable, synthetic Napa drum head for durability and clarity of tone. The shell is made of poplar wood and the design is meant to last.
It has 5 shakers, in place of jingles, that give this pandeiro a completely different sound and flavor that a usual pandeiro despite being able to use traditional techniques to play it!
A tuning key is included.
