The Pearl Triple Shaker is really like having three shakers in one. Depending on which way you hold it, you can get a typical shaker sound, a loud, crisp 'click', or a nice 'swish' that works really well in the studio. If you want to get fancy, you can hold the shaker in between positions to mix sounds.
