The Meinl Snarecraft Cajon is designed to be as versatile as any percussionist who plays it. The 7-ply Almond Birch body with Baltic Birch frontplate allows gives this cajon a warm overall sound with focused attacks and very wide dynamic range.
The punchy, bass tones are balanced beautifully with extra crisp snare attack. Dual sets of internal snares are fixed against the frontplate for excellent response at any dynamic.
The top corners of the frontplate are ergonomically rounded for added comfort and playability.
This cajon comes with an added piezo pickup with volume control, making it a great solution that eliminates the need for microphones. Perfect for church performances, solo situations, and anywhere you need a bit of extra volume!
