Meinl's Mini Cajon Shaker is a cool-looking little device. It's a shaker, but it looks like it was a full-sized cajon that was zapped by a shrink ray. It's made of baltic birch and fits inside any small pocket.
This particular model is filled with loud shot, able to cut through a band without much trouble.
