Meinl's Vertical Subwoofer Cajon features port holes that face the front towards your audience, instead of out the back like most cajons. This, combined with an internal reflex channel, greatly enhances the sound of your bass tones in live and unplugged situations.
The body is made of eco-friendly fiberboard, while the frontplate gets that nice swirled grain from makah-burl. Internal snare wires give you that snappy sizzle when you play in the upper corners.
