The Black Swamp TC2S SoundArt Series Tambourine features a double row of jingles with a mix of hand hammered chromium and German silver - the chromium is bright with great, crunchy articulation, and the silver is bright, airy, and has great sustain, making this a great "bright" tambourine.
The TC2S has a synthetic Remo Renaissance head that provides similar tone and feel to calfskin without the issue of humidity and temperature changes messing with pitch and tension. A solid ash shell provides a durable, solid base of sound with an ergonomic handle, and the jingle slots are dual sized for seamless shake rolls.
The TC2S includes a tambourine bag for transport and protection, and a tube of beeswax roll compound to make thumb rolls a breeze.
