Meinl's Direct Drive Cajon Pedal grants you the pure 1:1 control and feel of a direct drive pedal while still positioning your foot in a natural, relaxed position. The curved bar jutting out the front is the "footboard" and it goes right under your shoe.
This pedal fill fit all cajons with a square or rectangular base, firmly gripping the front and rear surfaces of the instrument with pads.
The beater features a wide foam contact surface that brings out the boomy lows your cajon can produce without damaging the frontplate. You can adjust how springy the pedal feels by messing around with the spring tension.
