Tricks of the Trade by Danny Raymond and Rion Smith is a high-energy, in-your-face duet featuring a drum set and a marching snare drum. Featuring rock, funk, and drum n' bass styles, this piece gives two talented drummers the chance to shine, with plenty of room for showing off.
Both players will need to feel extremely comfortable behind their instruments to effectively play this duet - not only are the grooves a little tricky, but the solos and 'trade licks' between the performers are extremely chop-heavy. Of course, it is encouraged that you make your own solos!
