Mayhem by Daniel Montoya Jr. was written for his newborn, but as an alternative to traditional lullaby tunes! This fast-paced, exciting ensemble has a heavy groove throughout much of it, and it's sure to be a hype for any audience.
This piece is fairly simple technically, but it navigates many time signatures and requires performers to really lock in. It also requires some serious energy to get the full intent of the music across. The multiple different instruments and sounds are a good opportunity for performers to get used to blending in unique ways.
