Big Adventure by Brian Mueller was originally conceived as a lot tune for a front ensemble, but it's a fun and energetic piece for any percussion ensemble program. Written for eight or more players, this piece has a rhythm section and four-mallet percussionists, and you can expand the number of players to be doubled with more instruments as needed.
