In the Sky by Patrick Speranza is an intermediate piece about stars and the sky written for 10-player percussion ensemble (or more!). This piece uses metallic instruments and sounds and is meant to conjure images of the sky and glittering stars. It's intended for middle and high school groups, with a balance of difficulty throughout the different parts.
