Double Flag by Jeff Queen is one of his most well-known snare solos, and for good reason: two snare drums, six thimbles, and more notes than you would ever want to count.
This piece is meant to be played on two marching snares - one with a Kevlar head, the other with Mylar - and the beginning is played entirely with thimbles on the fingers! Obviously this solo is meant to show off some serious talent.
