Tapspace Skyscraper by Danny Raymond

Skyscraper by Danny Raymond is a rudimental snare drum solo for extremely advanced players. This solo features an incredibly fast tempo, lots of notes, and countless stick tricks. This solo will challenge your singles, flam patterns, rolls, and fast one handed 16th notes that rely on a Moeller stroke. There is a very theatrical Bolero-esque section in the middle that gives the performer an opportunity to catch their breath and prepare for the fury that is the last section. The ending requires the performer to be able to play matched, reverse-traditional (traditional grip in the right hand), and even double traditional grip. This solo is a great adventure for those wanting to playing something a bit out of the ordinary when it comes to rudimental drumming, and boy what an adventure it will be!
